The NMR Facility currently is under the direction of Dr. Dan McElheny. He has been in this

- The NMR Facility currently
has two student assistants: Mr. Ben Stokes and Mr. Mikhail Gerasimov.
Mr. Stokes office is on 3rd Fl. SEL (Driver group) and his phone number is 312-413-5124 (3-5124).

The student assistants' primary responsibilities are cryogenic maintenance and the training and
assisting of NMR users. You may contact them directly if you need training in the use of our NMR's.
If you need assistance with the older Bruker spectrometers, contact Mr. Gerasimov; with the Varians,
contact Mr. Stokes. Both can assist you with the new Bruker AV- and Avance spectrometers.
